高龄人群无痛胃镜和常规胃镜检查的护理要点探讨

Discussion on the Nursing Points of Painless Gastroscopy and Routine Gastroscopy in Elderly Population

目的:探讨高龄人群无痛胃镜和常规胃镜检查的护理要点。方法:选取2014年7月-2016年7月于本院行无痛胃镜检查者50例作为观察组,另择同期行常规胃镜检查者50例作为对照组,总结高龄人群无痛胃镜和常规胃镜检查的护理要点,同时比较两组患者血氧饱和度、心率、收缩压、舒张压、并发症发生率及检查成功率。结果:观察组血氧饱和度和检查成功率均高于对照组,心率、收缩压、舒张压及并发症发生率均低于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高龄人群无痛胃镜期间实施综合护理干预有助于显著提高检查成功率,降低并发症发生率,且可改善血氧饱和度、心率与血压水平。

Objective：To investigate the nursing points of painless gastroscopy and routine gastroscopy in elderly population.Method：From July 2014 to July 2016,50 cases of painless gastroscopy in our hospital were selected as the observation group and another 50 cases of routine gastroscopy in the same period were selected as the control group.The main points of nursing for the elderly patients with painless gastroscopy and routine gastroscopy were summarized,the blood oxygen saturation,heart rate,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,incidence of complications and the success rate of examination in two groups were compared at the same time.Result：The blood oxygen saturation and success rate of examination in the observation group were higher than the control group,heart rate,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and incidence of complications were all lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention in the elderly population during painless gastroscopy can significantly improve the success rate of examination,reduce incidence of complications and can improve blood oxygen saturation, heart rate and blood pressure levels.
