品管圈对提高内镜工作人员手卫生的正确率及执行率的效果评价

Evaluation of the Effect of Quality Control Circle on Improving the Correct Rate and the Implementation Rate of Hand Hygiene of Endoscopic Staff

目的:探讨品管圈(quality control circle,QCC)对提高内镜工作人员手卫生的正确率及执行率的应用效果。方法:通过成立品管圈小组,以"提高内镜中心工作人员手卫生依从性"为主题,对内镜中心全体工作人员进行手卫生现况调查,验证真因,确定手卫生依丛性差的真因,通过强化手卫生意识、加强手卫生培训、合理增设病区洗手设施、优化工作流程、成立科内督导小组、制定质控与奖罚机制等改善措施,再进行效果评价、追踪。结果:通过品管圈活动,使内镜中心全体医务人员手卫生正确率从83.67%提高到96.86%,执行率从92.09%提高到97.52%,后期医院感染科对科室进行效果追踪显示手卫生正确率、执行率均符合要求,达到院感管理目标。结论:通过开展品管圈活动,可以提高内镜中心工作人员手卫生的正确率及执行率,降低医院感染效果显著,品管圈活动值得推广。

Objective：To investigate the effect of quality control circle（QCC） on improving the correct rate and implementation rate of hand hygiene of endoscopic staff.Method：Through the establishment of quality control circle group,with the theme of ＂improving the hand hygiene compliance of endoscopic center staff＂,the status of hand hygiene among all the staff in the Endoscopic Center were investigated,true because was verified,the true cause of poor hand hygiene was determined,by strengthening the hand hygiene consciousness,strengthen the hand hygiene training,setting up reasonable washing facilities, optimize work flow,the establishment of the department of supervision group was set,established quality control and improvement measures such as reward and punishment mechanism, and then evaluated the effect, tracking.Result：The rate of correct washing hands was improved from 83.67% to 96.86%, and the implementation rate of hand washing from 92.09% to 97.52%.The follow-up results showed that the correctness and the implementation rate were in line with the requirements to achieve hospital management objectives.Conclusion：Through carrying out quality control circle activities, can improve the correct rate and the implementation rate of hand hygiene of the staff in the Endoscopic Center, and reduce the hospital infection rate significantly, and the quality control circle activity is worth promoting.
