复方倍他米松联合透明质酸钠在退行性半月板损伤手术治疗中的应用

Application of Compound Betamethasone Combined with Sodium Hyaluronate in the Surgical Treatment of Degenerative Meniscal Injury

目的:探讨复方倍他米松联合透明质酸钠在退行性半月板损伤术后患者中的应用。方法:选择2011年1月-2015年12月本院收治的68例退行性半月板损伤患者,按照不同的治疗方案分为观察组和对照组,各34例。对照组给予单纯注入透明质酸钠治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用复方倍他米松,观察两组治疗效果。结果:观察组和对照组的总有效率分别为94.1%和82.4%,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前IKDC评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗6个月后,观察组IKCK评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前Lysholm评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗6个月后,观察组Lysholm评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组NO、IL-1β水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组NO、IL-1β水平均较对照组明显下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方倍他米松联合透明质酸钠关节腔内注射治疗退行性半月板损伤术后患者,效果优于单纯使用透明质酸钠治疗,疗效确切。

Objective：To investigate the effect of compound betamethasone combined application of sodium hyaluronate in patients with degenerative meniscal injury after the operation.Method：68 cases of degenerative meniscus injury in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2015 were selected,according to the different treatment plan,they were divided into the observation group and the control group,each of 34 cases.The control group was treated with injection of Sodium Hyaluronate in the treatment,the observation group in the control group treated with Compound Betamethasone,the treatment effect of the two groups were observed.Result： The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group were 94.1% and 82.4% respectively,the observation group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The two groups before treatment IKDC score comparison,the difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）,after 6 months of treatment,the observation group IKCK score was significantly higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The two groups before treatment Lysholm score comparison,the difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）,after 6 months of treatment,the observation group Lysholm score was significantly higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Before treatment,two groups of NO,IL-1β levels were compared,the differences were not statistically significant（P〉0.05）.After treatment,the levels of NO and IL-1βin the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Compound Betamethasone combined with Sodium Hyaluronate intraarticular injection for the treatment of degenerative meniscal injury after operation,better than using sodium hyaluronate treatment,curative effect.
