LEEP刀与微波治疗宫颈糜烂的临床效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of LEEP Knife and Microwave Treatment of Cervical Erosion

目的:分析讨论LEEP刀与微波应用在宫颈糜烂患者治疗中的临床效果。方法:本组采集2013年1月-2015年12月本院收治的76例宫颈糜烂患者作为研究对象,采取随机双盲法将其分为对照组和治疗组,每组38例,对照组采用微波治疗,治疗组采用LEEP刀治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:对照组临床总有效率为78.95%,治疗组临床总有效率为94.74%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者的阴道流液时间、术中出血量及手术时间均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床中在治疗宫颈糜烂时,同微波治疗比较,采用LEEP刀治疗可获得更加满意的临床效果,可明显改善患者临床症状,减少术后出血量,提高患者生活质量,在临床中值得广泛的推广与应用。

Objective：To discuss the clinical effect of LEEP knife and microwave application in the treatment of cervical erosion patients.Method：76 cases of cervical erosion from January 2013 to December 2015 in our hospital for treatment as the research objects,adopt random double blind method divided into control group and treatment group,38 cases in each group,the control group was treated with microwave therapy,the treatment group were treated with LEEP knife treatment,the effect of the two groups were compared.Result：The total effective rate of control group was 78.95%, the total effective rate of treatment group was 94.74%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.In the treatment group, the time of vaginal fluid flow, the amount of bleeding during operation and the operation time were better than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The treatment of cervical erosion in the clinic,with microwave treatment,the use of LEEP knife treatment can obtain more satisfactory clinical effect,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,reduce postoperative bleeding,improve the quality of life of patients,is worthy of promotion and widely used in clinic.
