摘要 梁型件的成形方法要根据其成形性质来确定,纯弯件采用展开件成形,伸长和压缩类零件,则必须采用毛料进行拉伸然后修边的方法。本文对各种梁的工艺方案进行了比较,其中对端头外翻边的展开,端头翻边整形,垂直高边的立切,进行了重点介绍,希望它能给相关工程人员提供有益的参考。 About Forming Process for the beams parts, according to Forming property to determine, the pure bending parts uses the expanded forming. For the extension and compression parts, it must be to drawing and trimming. In this paper, the technology scheme of beams to compared, for the expand of outward the flanging, on the flange and restrike of the tip, the trim of deep vertical edge are discussed in detail. I hope this paper could helpful reference to you.
