摘要 弯曲回弹是板料在弯曲成形外力卸载后产生的不可避免的普遍现象。回弹量的大小直接影响到冲压件的几何精度和其后的装配性能等。由于影响回弹的因素很多,在理论上准确计算回弹值比较困难。因此本文应用Dynaform软件对V形件弯曲成形进行数值模拟,通过正交试验法,以回弹角为评价指标,研究弯曲角、成形温度以及成形速度对V形件弯曲回弹性能的影响。并分析影响回弹角的因素的主次顺序,且通过试验得到最优解组合,为参数优化做准备。为实际生产中解决回弹问题、提高零件成形质量、缩短新制件开发周期具有重大意义。 The bending springback is the inevitable widespread phenomenon after the bending force is uninstalied of the sheet. The springback values directly affect the geometric accuracy of drawing and the matching performance. Because there are many factors affecting the rebound, rebound value is difficult to accurately calculate in theory. Therefore, this paper applied the Dynaform software in numerical simulation of the bending forming process of the V-shaped parts, the springback angle as the evaluation index, study on the bending angle, forming temperature and forming speed effects on the springback performance of V-shaped parts by orthogonal experiment. Analysis the primary and secondary order of the influence factors of springback angle. And through the test to get the optimal combination, prepare for parameter optimization. This is of great significance to solve the springback problem in the actual production, improve product quality, and shorten the development cycle of new products parts.
