摘要
供氧面罩主体橡胶模主要零部件有凹模、中模和凸模,它们的形状均为复杂曲面,尺寸变化大且所形成的模腔间隙小。凹模和凸模的加工,均可以采用下料→刨→磨→镗→数铣→线切割→铣→钳工艺路线。除数铣需要按三维造型进行仿真加工之外,其它加工方法只要保证主要零部件平面间的垂直度和平行度即可。特殊的是中模,由于其整个形状除了具有一个较小的长方体之外,其余都是复杂的曲面。需要通过采用二类夹具完成对中模的定位和夹紧,在采用了模具相关零部件作为二类夹具后,才能运用中模三维造型在数铣上进行二次数铣工序完成对中模的加工。只有凹模、中模和凸模制造合格了,才能装配合格的橡胶模。
