跟骨骨折患者分别应用经皮撬拨内固定与切开复位内固定治疗的临床效果

Clinical effect of percutaneous poking internal fixation and open reduction and internal fixation for the treatment of calcaneal fracture

目的 探讨跟骨骨折患者分别应用经皮撬拨内固定与切开复位内固定治疗的临床效果。方法 选取2013年5月~2014年12月我院就诊的跟骨骨折患者75例,所有患者随机分为观察组38例及对照组37例。对照组采用切开复位内固定治疗,观察组经皮撬拨内固定治疗。观察两组的临床疗效及住院天数和住院费用、并发症及治疗前后Bohler’s角的变化。结果 观察组患者的优良率为92.11%。明显高于对照组的81.08%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组患者住院时间、住院费用比较明显少于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组患者并发症发生率为7.89%,明显低于对照组的21.62%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组治疗后Bohler’s角皆比治疗前增加,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。但两组治疗前与治疗后比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论 跟骨骨折患者应用经皮撬拨内固定治疗临床疗效满意,可以明显降低并发症发生率,减轻患者经济负担,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of percutaneous poking internal fixation and open reduction and internal fixation for the treatment of calcaneal fracture. Methods 75 cases of ealcaneal fractures were selected from May 2013 to December 2014 in our hospital.All patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,38 cases and 37 cases.The control group was treated with open reduction and internal fixation,and the observation group was treated with percutaneous poking and internal fixation.Observe the clinical curative effect of the two groups and observe the two groups of patients in hospital days and hospitalization expenses,complications and treatment before and after the change of s＇ Bohler angle were observed and compared. Results The excellent and good rate of the observation group was 92.1 1%.Significantly higher than the control group of two,the difference between the 81.08% groups was significant （P 〈 O.05）.Compared with the control group,the observation group was significantly less than the control group,the difference was significant between the two groups（P 〈 0.05）.The incidence rate of complications in the observation group was 7.89%,significantly lower than that of the c, ontrol group （two）,and the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05）.In the two groups,the s＇ Bohler angle was significantly higher than that before treatment,and the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05）.But there was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Calcaneal fractures treated by percutaneous poking fixation clinical curative effect in satisfaction,can significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,reduce the economic burden of the patients,it is worthy of clinical application.
