摘要
本方法利用在酸性介质中,Cr_2O_7^(2-)能将I-氧化成为单质碘,生成的单质碘用氯仿萃取,在一定浓度范围内,萃取液中的碘浓度与吸光度符合朗伯—比耳定律这一规律。本方法检测精密度及准确度高,相对标准偏差小于4.63%,加标回收率在95.44%~106.47%之间。实验证明该方法具有非常强的抗干扰能力,而且操作简便,适于推广。
Using this method in acid medium, which I- can be oxi- dized as elemental iodine by Cr2O7^2-, generated by the elemental iodine with chloroform extraction, in the certain concentration range, extract iodine concentration and absorbanee are in accord with Lambert-Bill law. This method is of high detecting precision and accuracy, relative standard deviation less than 4.63%, standard addition recovery is between 95.44% and 106.47%. The experiments proves that this method has very strong anti-jamming capability and easy to operate, suitable for promotion.
