摘要
目的建立下颌骨的三维数字化模型,以用于临床诊断、有限元分析、3D打印和手术仿真等研究。方法选取健康成年志愿者,通过CT扫描,得到下颌骨的CT序列图像,应用Mimics16.0软件进行图像分割和三维重建,生成的三维模型导入Geomagic软件进行模型修复和平滑处理,得到最终的下颌三维数字化模型。结果在高精度的情况下,该方法能实现下颌骨的三维重现,可在多方位、多角度上展现下颌骨各部分,可视化效果好。结论通过上述方法建立下颌骨三维数字化模型可以有效地应用于临床诊断、3D打印和仿真要求。
Objective: To reconstruct 3D Mandibles model for clinical diagnosis, finite element analysis and simulation etc. Methods : A heathy adult male volunteer was selected. Then the data of CT images was obtained by CT scanning. And Mandibles 3D reconstruction was conducted by the software: Mimics 15. 0. After imported to the software Geomagie 12. 0, the 3D reconstruction model was modified and smoothed. Finally, Mandibles 3D model was built. Results: In the case of high - precision, three - dimensional realization of the method can reproduce the mandible, can be multi - faceted, multi - angle on a good show various parts of the mandible, visualization. Conclusions: 3D Mandibles model built by this method can provide an effective reference for diagnosis, 3D printing and simulation.
