循证护理在异位妊娠治疗中的应用研究

Application study of evidence-based nursing on treatment of ectopic pregnancy

目的探讨循证护理对治疗异位妊娠患者的临床价值。方法将本院自2014年1月至2016年5月期间收治的32例异位妊娠手术患者设成循证护理组,与前期治疗的33例常规护理(对照组)比较,差异对照应用日常活动能力评价量表(ADL)进行评价,观察不同护理措施干预前后两组患者生活质量变化情况。结果选择护理组在日常活动、社会活动、精神状态、焦虑情绪等指标均高于常规护理组患者,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循证护理应用于异位妊娠患者能够有效稳定其心理情绪、提高生活质量,利于围手术期各项治疗的顺利开展,值得临床推广应用。

Objective ： To evaluate the effect of evidence-based nursing applied to the patients with eetopie pregnancy. Methods： From January 2014 to May 2016, 32 cases with ectopic pregnancy applied with general anesthesia were experimental group and Compared with early treatment of 33 eases of the control group,were randomly selected and were carried out different nursing methods according to the order of hospitalization. To implement obstetrical routine nursing in patients of control group, to implement evidence-based nursing in patients of experimental group, to evaluate the improvement condition of life quality pre and post nursing intervention of patients between the two groups according to evaluation scale of activities of daily living（ADL）. Results： The index of the activities of daily living, social activities, spiritual expression, and anxiety and etc. after nursing intervention of patients in observation group were obviously higher than which in control group, the differences was statically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Evidence-based nursing applied on patients with ectopic pregnancy could effectively improve patients＂ mental emotion and life quality, is conducive to favorably develop on the treatment, has been suggested to further popularized in clinic. ds：
