摘要
目的调查高职院校护生的同理心现状水平及影响因素。方法利用中文版Jefferson同理心量表,对泰安市某职业学院的532名护生进行问卷调查。结果护生Jefferson同理心量表总得分在54-106分之间,平均（89.23±12.35）分,影响护生同理心的主要影响因素是独生子女和学生干部。结论学校及医院应加强独生子女及大部分学生的同理心培训,培养同理心水平较高的实习护生。
Objeetive ：To study the status quo of vocational nursing students＇empathy. Methods： The Chinese version of the Jefferson scale of empathy was distributed to 532 nursing students from one Taian vocational college. Results ： The total score of empathy was 54 ± 106 ,the average was 89.23 ± 12. 35. The influencing factors of nursing students＇empathy are only-child and student leaders. Conclusion： Schools should to inhance the academic level of nursing students, and cultivate nursing students with high level of empathy.
