摘要
立体车库最重要的功能是改变传统平面式的地下停车场存取车自动化程度低,浪费大量土地资源的现状,将横向发展的传统停车场转变为纵向发展的立体车库,使得纵向的空间利用率提高,能够满足自动存取车的目的。通过PLC编程,设计了立体车库的控制系统,研究对象为升降横移式立体车库,并且对控制系统的设计原理、软件、硬件以及优化策略都进行了详细阐释,采用了组态模拟仿真控制系统,测试控制系统的使用效果。结果表明该系统可以有效地实现自动快速存取车,操作简单、容易掌握,可在一定程度上解决了停车难的问题。
The most important function of three-dimensional garage is to change the situation of poor levels of automation and big waste of land resources of traditional underground parking lot,to improve the longitudinal space utilization and realize automatic car access. Through PLC programming,the control system of three-dimensional garage is designed especially for lift-sliding garage. The design principle,software and hardware of the control system,and optimizing strategies are elaborated. The configuration simulation control system is applied to test using effect of the control system. Results show that the system can effectively realize the fast automatic car access,partly solving the problem of difficult parking with simple operation and easy command.
