Discussion on Ningbo's Strategy of Accelerating the Development of Ningbo-Europe Container Train Transportation

甬新欧集装箱班列是宁波落实我国"一带一路"战略、推进"港口经济圈"建设的重要举措。为进一步推进甬新欧集装箱班列的快速发展,在阐述甬新欧集装箱班列发展现状的基础上,从运营成本、货源组织、配套设施、管理体制4个方面分析甬新欧集装箱班列发展存在的问题,进而提出创新业务模式、降低运营成本、改善通关环境、缩短运行时间和加强配套设施建设的具体实施建议。

Ningbo-Europe container train transportation is an important way for Ningbo to implement the strategy of ＂the Belt and Road＂ and construction of ＂Port Economic Circle＂. In order to further promote the rapid development of Ningbo-Xinzhou container shipping line, this paper analyzes the problems in the development of Ningbo-Europe container train from four aspects based on the present situation, including operating cost, supply organization, supporting facilities and management system. The paper puts forward some concrete suggestions on how to innovate the business model, reduce the operation cost, improve the customs clearance environment, shorten the running time and strengthen the construction of supporting facilities.
