摘要
大渡河猴子岩水电站主副厂房及安装间顶棚结构采用δ=1.6 mm及4 mm厚度的镀锌压型钢模板。论述了顶棚结构制安工作的特点和施工顺序,对比了利用厂房永久桥机平台和搭设临时钢模施工平台两种施工方案,并介绍了搭设临时钢模施工平台设计方案的优化,分析了优化后方案的经济效益和实施效果。
Houziyan Hydropower Station is located on Dadu River. The ceiling structure of its main and auxiliary powerhouse as well as erection bay is designed with galvanized pressed steel formwork of 1.6mm- or 4mm-thick. An introduction was made on the features of ceiling fabrication and erection as well as on the construction proce-dure. Two construction platform schemes were compared, one is temporary steel formwork platform and another is permanent bridge crane platform. The authors also present the optimization of temporary steel platform scheme, and analyze the economic benefits from optimization and implementation effects.
