摘要
鄂北调水工程试验段采用超大管径DN3 800 PCCP作为输水管材,为验证PCCP管安装质量,必须进行水压试验。为此,结合现场工程地质与施工条件,参考国内外经验,对PCCP水压试验堵板和后背进行合理设计,在水压试验中采用允许压降值法进行观测,观测数据证明:PCCP管安装质量合格,水压试验封堵装置的设计满足工程要求,可在后续工程应用。
Ebei Water Delivery Project is designed with PCCP pipeline of extra big diameter up to DN3800, Water pressure test is required to examine the erection quality. According to the engineering geological and construction conditions while with reference to domestic and international experience, the closing plate and its back were de- signed. Permissible pressure drop method was adopted. The results of test demonstrate that erection quality of PCCP is up to standard; the pipe closing works were designed in conformity with engineering requirements and are able to be used by following construction.
