摘要
在资源性缺水地区新疆哈密地区3个典型灌区,开展农业节水补偿机制研究,建立"农业节水支持工业,受益补偿农业"的有效运行机制。结果表明,该机制调动了各方参与节水工程的积极性,将农业用水权科学合理转换为工业用水,优化配置了水资源。
in typical region with shortage of water resources in Hami region of Xinjiang, the agricultural water saving compensation mechanism has been researched. A effective operational mechanism of agricultural water saving for industrial water, industrial benefit compensating agriculture" has been established. Practice has proved that the enthusiasm of the parties involved in water conservation projects has been motivated, water resources has been allocated effectively.
