摘要
介绍了ISO 8501-1-2007国际标准的内容,分析了船舶建造领域应用该表面处理标准时存在的不足,并围绕建造方的现场情况给出了相应建议。同时结合PSPC规范,深入探索了扫砂工艺的理论研究并记录了后期模拟的效果。从经济效益、建造工艺、环境保护的角度进行了全面地分析,论证了大规模推广扫砂工艺的可行性。
Based on the content of the ISO 8501-1 standard, the defects of this standard when applied to surface preparation in ship building were analyzed, and some suggestions to the builders according to the building circumstances were analyzed. Moreover,with the PSPC regulation, the theories of sweep-blasting（Sal） technology and records thesimulation results were researched. Analyzing from the perspectives of economic returns, building technology and environmental protection, the feasibility of a large-scale application of the technology was demonstrated.
