摘要
通过对节流压井管汇的结构组成及其工作原理进行分析后,认为传统人工控制的方式已经落后,有必要利用现代自动化控制原理对人工控制方式进行优化升级,力求形成一套集自动化控制及数据监控运行为一体的设计方案。此方案将采用电液控制相结合的设计理念,电气控制部分以PLC(可编程控制器)为控制中心,HMI(人机界面)为监控及操作中心,执行部分为液压控制,这样本系统将同时具备PLC响应快速以及液压系统工作稳定的双重优点,保证了系统快速平稳的运行。
Through analyzing the choke and manifold structure constitution and its work ing principle, the traditional manual control mode is lagged behind, it is necessary to exert modern automatic control to upgrade and optimize the manual control mode, and try to achieve a set of design scheme which include automatic control and data monitoring. This design scheme combine electrical and hydraulic control together, electric control part based on PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) as the control center. HMI (Human Machine Interface) was used for the monitoring and operation center. Hydraulic control was used as execution part. In this way, the system will have the advantages of instant response and stable working, which ensure the system work fast and stable.
