摘要
目前用电信息采集系统运维技术还不完善,存在运维效率低、数据利用率低、异常处置速度慢的问题,制约了系统的进一步发展和应用。针对以上不足,通过引入地理信息系统展示技术、分布式大数据处理架构、计量设备异常自学习分析技术等先进技术,实现了图形化全景运维管控和计量装置在线监测与智能诊断,并构建相应的软件应用系统。实际应用效果表明:上述系统能够有效降低运维人员负担、缩短故障处理时间、丰富营销稽查手段,可提升采集运维工作效率以及电力营销服务水平,减少企业经济损失。
Operation and maintenance technology for the electric information acquisition system is not perfect and has problems of low operation and maintenance efficiency, low data use ratio and slow speed for exception handling, which restricts further development and application of the system. Therefore, advanced technologies such as GIS display technology, distributed big data processing architecture, abnormality self-learning analysis technology for metering devices, and so on are introduced to realize graphical panorama operation and maintenance management and control and online monitoring and intelligent diagnosis for metering devices, meanwhile, corresponding software application system is constructed. Actual application effects indicate that the system can effectively reduce the burden of operators, shorten fault processing time and enrich marketing check capability. In addition, it can also improve working efficiency of acquisition, operation and maintenance, promote electric power marketing service level and reduce economic loss.
