摘要
政治风险是中国中小企业海外直接投资面临的主要国家风险之一。本文分析了中小企业海外投资的现状,对云南中小企业到越南直接投资的四种政治风险类型进行探讨,利用模糊风险综合评价法评估云南中小企业到越南直接投资面临的政治风险及政治风险所带来的危害性。最后给出针对政治风险的相关防范措施。
The political risk is one of the main national risks SMEs （ small and medium - sized enterprises ） of China are facing in overseas direct investment. By analyzing the current situation of overseas investment, this paper discusses four kinds of politi- cal risk SMEs of Yunnan may encounter in their direct investment in Vietnam. Then the political risk and hazards involved are evaluated by applying the fuzzy integrated evaluation method. Finally, some relevant measures are proposed to prevent the political risk.
