城市老年人机构养老服务满意度及其影响因素分析——基于昆明市5家养老机构的实证调查

An Empirical Analysis of Factors Influencing Level of Services Satisfaction in Kunming's Five Nursing Homes

本文以昆明市5家养老机构257名入住老人的调查数据为基础,对城市老年人机构养老服务满意度及其影响因素进行了研究。分析表明,目前入住老人机构养老服务总体满意度较高。入住老人文化程度、生活孤独感与机构养老服务总体满意度呈负相关,代际支持程度与机构养老总体服务满意度呈正相关;文化程度、代际支持程度、自理能力、收费标准、入住时间、生活孤独感对机构养老单项服务满意度有显著影响。

Based on surveys conducted on 257 elderly living in five different nursing homes in Kunming city, the study meas- ures the elderly＇s satisfaction with the services provided by the nursing homes and factors that affect their satisfaction level. The results show that the satisfaction level is generally high. There is a negative correlation between the old people＇s level of educa- tion, sense of loneliness and the level of satisfaction. And there is a positive correlation between the inter - generational support and the level of services satisfaction. Factors like the person＇s level of education, inter - generational support, self - care ability, charges by the nursing home, duration of stay and sense of loneliness have significant impact on their service satisfaction.
