基于二八定律的全民阅读推广创新模式

On the Innovation Model of Nationwide Reading Promotion Based on the Pareto's Law

剖析了我国全民阅读推广工作难以全面铺开和深入发展的具体原因,提出引入二八定律,建构以未成年人为核心的全民阅读推广创新模式。其模式既能对当前有限的人力、物力、财力资源进行科学合理的调配利用,又能充分发挥未成年人的带动效应,从身边的人,扩展到广大民众,对全面推进全民阅读,具有十分重要的现实意义。

Reading level shows a country’s competitiveness.This article analyzes the specific reasons of China’s national reading promotion work which is difficult in full swing and the development,proposes the introduction of Pareto’s law,construction of minors as the core of the national reading promotion innovation mode.This model can be scientific and reasonable allocation and utilization of the current limited manpower,material resources,financial resources,and can give full play to minors driving effect,from the people around him,and extend to the general public,to comprehensively promote the nationwide reading,with very important practical significance.
