提升云南职业教育集团化办学水平的对策

Towards Improving the Standard of Vocational Education Collectivization in Yunnan

职业教育集团化办学是创新现代职业教育体系的重要形式。云南职业教育集团发展较快,其数量一度达全国之最。但存在着重数量发展、轻内涵建设,管理跟不上,经费不落实,企业参与积极性不高、深度合作推进难等问题。提升云南职业教育集团化办学水平,应扭转发展理念与指导思想,创新管理运行机制与模式;强化内涵建设,深化合作内容;制定有效扶持政策,构建政府投入为引领的多元化经费保障机制;创行职教园区与职教集团的"区团融合模式",拓展合作类型,打造职教集团化办学品牌和特色。

Vocational education collectivization is an important way to innovate the modern vocational education. The development of Yunnan ＇ s vocational education group is relatively fast,with itsquantity topping the country. But it also has some problems such as over-emphasis on quantity at the cost of connotation construction,management lagged behind,funding not in place,lack of enthusiasm on the part of enterprises,and pushing the in-depth cooperation with difficulty. To improve the standard of vocational education collectivization in Yunnan,we must change the idea of development and the guiding ideology,innovate the mechanism and mode of management,intensify the connotation construction,deepen the cooperation,formulate the effective support policy,establish the diverse funds guarantee mechanism with the government＇s input as the lead,promote an integration and collectivization mode between vocational education park and vocational education collectivization entities,expand the cooperation type,and forge the brand trademark and characteristic of the vocational education collectivization.
