Study on the Construction of Professional Work Team of College Students Counselors

辅导员工作专业化团队是实现辅导员专业化、专家化的有效载体,对明确辅导员工作职责、提升辅导员职业认同度具有关键性的作用。辅导员工作专业化团队建设要遵循工作模块化、分工明确化、团队体系化这三个理念,以辅导员教育、管理的双重身份和职责为依据,构建6个专业化工作团队,建立"三级"组织管理体系,设置三项专业化配套制度。

The professional work team of college students counselors is an effective carrier to make counselors professional and expert. It can play a key role in defining responsibilities and promoting professional esteemfor counselors. The construction of counselor professional work team should follow three ideas： cutting the job into modules,dividing the labor explicitly,and systemizing team structure. On the basis of education and management identity and responsibility of the counselors,six professional work teams and three-level organization and management systems and three specialized supporting systems should be all established.
