摘要
大类培养模式在学情、教学资源、课程设计和培养方案制定等方面给高校低年级学生科研创新启蒙教育带来新的变化和挑战。这种变化和挑战互相叠加会影响创新人才培养目标的实现。究其产生的原因,有新模式改革带来的必然性,但归根结底是改革与守旧之争、利益之争,在教育过程的长期投入和短期成效的矛盾,在学风建设基石不稳造成的。要以"以学生为本"来审视改革的必要性,实现思想上的统一;要弘扬"崇尚学习、崇尚科学"正气,来审视教育过程和成果,避免知行不合一;要建立低年级学生科研创新启蒙教育体系,实现一、二课堂互动和师生、朋辈、资源的传承不息。
The "discipline classified" education presents a challenge to the enlightening instruction of freshmen and sophomores' research and innovation in the aspects of learners status, teaching resources, curricular design and training programs, which will influence the realization of innovation training targets. It is not only an inevitable effect of the new mode, but a result of conflicts of interests in reform and conservation, long-term input and short-term efficiency, as well as that of students' slack morale in learning. The authors insist that ideological identification is needed to view the reform from the student-centered angle, to evaluate the educational process and achievements in advocating the style of learning and worshiping the lofty of science, and to establish a research- and innovation-oriented system for first graders through integrating the resources interaction of courses, students and teachers, peers and elders.
