摘要
目的:探讨基于GMER设计的OSCE考试方案在七年制医学生毕业考核的作用。方法:以山西医科大学七年制医学生60人为研究对象,实验组30人行基于GMER设计的OSCE考核,对照组30人行传统OSCE考核,比较其临床实践技能。结果:两组学生考核成绩中,问诊、体检、化验单、心电图、影像五项技能实验组较对照组高,有统计学差异,P<0.05。结论:基于GMER设计的OSCE考核方案,既重视学生基本知识和临床技能,更注重素质教育、临床批判性思维培养。
Objective To investigate the effects about OSCE based on GMER at the clinical graduation examination of the seven-year medi- cal students. Methods The study object was the 60 students who were divided into two groups in Shah Xi Medical University, the experimental group was examined by the OSCE based on GMER, the control group was examined through the traditional OSCE, and the examination results were compared. Results The scores of inquiry,physical examination, laboratory examination, electrocardiogram and imaging in the experimen- tal group were higher than control; there was statistic difference(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The OSCE based on GMER not only pay attention to the students' basic knowledge and clinical skills but care about the cultivation about quality education and critical thinking.
