摘要
基于提高医学生的职业认同状况对医疗卫生队伍的稳定与良好发展具有重要意义,利用累积Logit模型,对某医学院校医学生的职业认同现状进行分析;探讨相应干预措施,为相关部门提高医学生培养质量提供理论与方法支持。
It is important for the stable development of the health care team to improve medical students＇ professional identity. We analyze the status of medical students＇ professional identity with the Logit model; discuss the measures of intervention, provide the theory and method support to the government and school for the increase of medical students＇ professional identity status.
