摘要
目的:探导"病案导入式双主教学"在消化内科教学中的应用效果。方法:选取本学院2010级和2011级五年制临床医学本科学生120人随机分为试验组("病案导入式双主教学")和对照组(传统教学法)。结果:采用"病案导入式双主教学法",学生考试成绩及各种能力比传统教学法明显提高。结论:在消化内科学教学中采取"病案导入式双主教学法"能够使学生更好地学习和掌握知识,教学效果提高。
Objective: To explore the effect of'Medical records imported double main teaching'in Gastroenterology Teaching. Methods: The Academy 2010 and 2011 five-year clinical 120 undergraduate students were randomly divided into two groups,one groups were used as the ex- perimental group, use of Medical records imported double main teaching", Another group, using the traditional pedagogy. Results: The use of Medical records imported double main teaching", students test scores and various capacity are significantly improved than traditional teaching methods. Conclusion: Take the "Medical records imported double main teaching " enabling students to learn and retain knowledge better within Gastroenterology Teaching, improve teaching effectiveness.
