摘要
目的:探讨PACS影像系统结合PBL/CBL在提高泌尿核医学教学效果的评价。方法:随机分配学生为传统教学对照组和以学生自主学习为主的实验组。比较两组学生泌尿系统及核医学理论测试、问卷调查测评成绩。结果:对照组泌尿系统和问卷调查成绩分别为(5.22±2.14)和(8.39±0.56),明显低于实验组的(6.05±2.54)(P<0.05)和(8.77±0.28)(P<0.01)。实验组综合教学效果明显优于对照组。结论:PACS结合PBL/CBL模式通过学生自主学习可以取得较好学习效果。
Objective: To investigate the effect of PACS imaging system combined with PBL/CBL in improving the teaching of urinary nu- clear medicine. Methods: randomly assigned students as the traditional teaching control group and the experimental group. There were compar- isons in the urinary system and nuclear medicine theory test and questionnaire survey results between groups of students. Results: the scores of urinary system and questionnaire in the control group were 5.22 ± 2.14, 8.39 ±0.56, in the experiment group were 6.05 ± 2.54(P〈 0.05), 8.77 ± 0.28(P 〈 0.01), respectively. The comprehensive teaching effect of the experimental group was better than the control group. Conclu- sion: PACS combined with CBL/PBL model can achieve better learning effect through students' autonomous learning.
