摘要
反思是一种好的学习方法,只有善于自我分析和批判,经验才能有益。鉴于临床医学的认识对象是病人,且临床思维具有主体性和客体性的交错和相互作用,具有个体性、时间的紧迫性、资料的不完善性、动态性、或然性、逻辑与非逻辑的统一和周期短、重复多等多重特点。因此,对医学生进行螺旋式ALACT模型的反思性教学,即行动、回顾、认识、创造和试行,督促医学生在临床实践中主动性反思,可以提高临床诊疗水平,减少医疗差错。
Abstract:Reflection underpins is a good learning style. Experience would be benefit only from the self critiquing and analyzing. Reflec- tion could help students to learn from their experiences. While the experience of medical students is from the patient, the "ALACT" (Action, Looking back, Awareness, Creating, Trial) model could describe the spiraling process that effective learners go through when faced with a sit- uation for which no routine solution is available. Acquiring reflective learning skills helped undergraduate medical students to identify their le- arning needs and stimulated learning to upgrade their level of diagnosis and therapy and to downgrade mistakes.
