摘要
通过正交实验合成催化效果较好的固体超强酸SO_4^(2-)/TiO_2,得出较合适的制备固体超强酸的条件为:硫酸浓度为1 mol·L-1,TiO_2和硫酸的质量比为1:2,烘干温度为90℃,焙烧温度为350℃,焙烧时间为3h。结果表明,该合成方法可行,且合成的固体超强酸具有较高的催化活性。
Solid Super Acid SO42-/TiO2 with sound catalyzing effects is obtained through orthogonal test. The optimal preparation conditions for the solid super acid are identified as follows : the concentration of sulfuric acid is lmol.L-1, the mass ration of TiO2 to sulfuric acid is 1:2, oven temperature 90℃, calcined temperature 350℃ , calcined time 3h. The results show that the catalyst preparation method is feasible and the solid super acid synthesized exhibits high catalyzing capacity.
