摘要
本文采用文献综述法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法等方法,从我国现行体育经纪人的培养体系与管理制度、考证情况与学历结构、从业活动形式等几个方面对我国体育经纪人的生存状况进行调查,采用SWOT分析方法(S优势、W劣势、O机遇、T挑战)对其分析研究,认为当前我国体育经纪人的从业优势主要有:丰富的体育行业资源、可借鉴其他行业经纪活动取得的经验、高回报高收益的体育经纪活动;劣势主要有:体育经纪人行业准入机制有缺陷、缺乏相应的法律法规、体育经纪人综合素质良莠不齐;机遇主要是:当前国内体育经纪市场对体育经纪人需求旺盛、国内外体育经纪业务合作越来越频繁;面临的挑战主要有:激烈的国际市场竞争等。针对以上问题,提出建立专门法律法规、完善监管制度,提升经纪人业务知识学习能力,朝着综合全面型人才发展,呼吁国际体育联合会对全球体育经纪人施行统一认证的监管模式等建议。
Through literature review, interviewing specialists and logical analysis, this paper examines training, managerial system, accreditation, educational background and employment status of Chinese sports agents. SWOT analysis has also been carried out. The advantages of Chinese sports agency industry can be identified as follows： abundant resources, experiences of agents of other industries that can be drawn upon, high rewards and profits; meanwhile, the disadvantages are： a defected admittance mechanism, lack of related regulations, unsatisfactory qualifications of some practitioners. Opportunities： the market demand for agents is high, more frequent cooperation between domestic and overseas practitioners. Challenges： intense competition in international market. Accordingly, related laws and regulations shall be put in place, supervision system shall be upgraded, aptitude of agents shall be improved so as to foster all-round talents. It is suggested that International Sports Federation establish an uniform accreditation system.
