摘要
在互联网+时代,学习者对知识的获取方式和主动的学习环境有了更高的要求,MOOC、微课等网络视频课程必将成为主流,颠覆传统课堂。然而,由于自身存在的问题,微课发展滞后,严重不适应当下学习者对知识的迫切需求。Khan Academy(可汗学院)提供典型的网络视频课程,每节课的视频大都在10分钟左右,每个视频专注于一个或几个概念,属于微课范畴。对可汗学院的核心教育理念、课程录制特点、教学模式进行分析,以期对微课的开发起到一定的借鉴意义。
In the era of internet plus , learners have greater demands to the channel of acquiring knowledge and the active learning environment .Thus, MOOC, microlecture and other online videos come with the tide of fashion and quickly become a popular option for learners .However , for its own defects , microlecture can hardly meet the re-quirements of learners now .As a world famous online learning platform , Khan Academy offers video courses featu-ring of ten-minute-long and focusing on one or several key problems .This paper introduces the education concept and pedagogy of Khan Academy and is expected to provide help to the development of microlecture .
