Improve the Efficiency of Vocational Educational Resources Utilization

城镇化导致职业教育需求快速增长,职业教育资源不均衡、效率低下产生资源短缺现象。职业教育资源使用效率低下的原因来自于学校、企业和个人市场观念的缺乏。提高职业教育资源使用效率的措施是面向城镇化,建立适应市场的管理体制;加强职业教育资源的宏观调控;积极开拓培训市场;加强校企联合;构建全民教育、终身教育和灵活教育的服务机制。

The rapid urbanization in China leads to greater demand to vocational education .However, the even distribution of vocational educational resources and backward concept of schools , enterprises and individuals , cause the inefficient use of them .To make best of these resources , measures should be taken to establish a management system adapting to market economy , and the close cooperation between schools and enterprises should be built to pro-vide better service to society .
