摘要
不同的学生对学业成败的归因方式是不同的。教师应该及时了解学生的归因动向,因材施教;教师不仅要使学生学会积极归因,还要防止归因偏差。在高职英语教学中,教师要充分借鉴归因理论,研究学生的归因特点,运用科学手段激发学生的英语学习动机,从而不断提高学生的英语水平。
Different student has different attributional style .Teacher should keep abreast of students'attribution trends and instruct them to have a positive attribution style and avoid attributional bias .In the teaching of vocational English , teachers should fully learn students ’ attributional styles , and stimulate students ’ motivation with scientific means so as to improve their English proficiency continuously .
