摘要
针对高职数学教师课堂教学行为的问题,要进行教学反思,积极进行教学行为研究,教师之间相互帮助,整理、收集、分析案例,教学专家现场指导,不断改善数学教师的教学行为,促进数学教学质量的提高。
Aiming at the behavior problems of college mathematics teachers in classroom,this paper pointed out that teachers should reflect on their teaching process,carry out behavior research,and help each other with collecting and analyzing teaching cases. Furthermore,it also suggested teaching experts give personal instruction in classroom and help teachers improve teaching quality.
