摘要
翻转课堂的出现对高校英语教师的能力素质提出了新的要求,与传统课堂教学相比,教师的角色需要转换和重新定位。基于建构主义理论,对教师的角色定位进行了调查研究,教师应准确理解翻转课堂教学的内涵和特征,提高自身专业能力以适应翻转课堂模式下的角色转变,找到翻转课堂模式下教师角色转换和定位的有效途径,从而提高我国高校英语课堂教学的效率。
Compared with traditional classroom teaching,flipped classroom puts forward new requirements on college English teachers. Therefore,teachers should transform their roles and reposition themselves. Based on the theory of constructivism,this article researched the roles of English teacher and pointed out that teachers should have correct understanding of the connotation and characteristics of flipped classroom. Furthermore,it also suggested teachers improve themselves to adapt to new challenges and find the right way to switch their roles in flipped classroom.
