铁路司机心理素质结构模型初探

A Preliminary Study on the Structure Model of Railway Driver's Mental Quality

运用行为事件访谈法、技术性文献分析、主轴译码、开放性译码等质性研究方法,初步确立铁路司机心理素质结构的基本模型。铁路司机的心理素质是在生理状态的基础之上,其核心是人格,表现为处事风格,通过其与家庭环境、工作环境之间的相互作用,从而形成的较为稳定、综合、发展的心理品质,其包含4个维度16个因子:生理(身体良好、睡眠良好、视力优秀、不良嗜好)、人格(情绪稳定、注重细节、反应迅速、沉稳)、人际(人际慢热、家庭稳定、忍受孤独、抗压能力)、工作(工作满意、责任感强、注重学习、专业过硬)。

This study establishes a basic structure model of railway driver ＇s mental quality with qualitative research methods,such as behavioral event interview,literature analysis,axial coding,and open coding,etc. And the research shows that the mental quality of railway drivers is based on physiological condition,centered on the personality,and performed as the service style. The family environment and working environment also have effects on the establishment of stable and comprehensive mental quality of railway driver. It contains 4 dimensions and 16 factors,including physiology（ health,sleeping quality,vision,bad habits）,personality（ emotional stability,the attention to details,rapid response,stable character）,diplomacy（ slow process of the interpersonal relationships,family stability,capable of enduring stress and loneliness）,and work relative factors（ job satisfaction,responsibility,learning ability and professional skill）.
