摘要
目的:探讨兰索拉唑联合氩离子凝固术治疗Barrett食管的临床疗效。方法:在氩离子凝固术治疗后口服兰索拉唑30 mg,每日1次,共8周,观察第3,6,12个月的效果。结果:在第3,6,12个月回访有效率分别为66%,72%,82%,效果显著。结论:氩离子凝固术联合口服兰索拉唑治疗Barrett食管效果较好。
Objective：To observe clinical therapeutic effect of oral lansoprazole combined with argon plasma coagulation in the treatment of Barrett esophagus. Methods：Patients were treated by argon plasma coagulation after treatment with lansoprazole 30mg,once daily,8 weeks. After in the treatment of 3,6,12 months,to observe the effect. Results：The total efficiency in 3,6, 12 months were 66% ,72% ,82% . Conclusion：Argon plasma coagulation combined with oral lansoprazole in the treatment of Barrett′s esophagus effect is good.
