头孢哌酮舒巴坦联合奥硝唑治疗妇科感染的临床效果评价

Clinical effects for the patients with gynecological infections by cefoperazone and sulbactam combine with ornidazole

目的:探讨头孢哌酮舒巴坦联合奥硝唑治疗妇科感染的临床效果。方法:选取2013年1月—2015年12月收治的114例妇科感染患者,按照入院顺序随机均分为观察组和对照组。观察组采取头孢哌酮舒巴坦联合奥硝唑治疗。对照组采取头孢哌酮舒巴坦治疗。观察患者临床疗效、细菌学疗效、不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率为98.25%,显著高于对照组的85.96%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者细菌学清除率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者均未发生严重不良反应。结论:头孢哌酮舒巴坦联合奥硝唑治疗妇科感染效果较好,对多数病原菌清除率高,无明显不良反应。

Objective：To explore the clinical effects for the patients with gynecological infections by cefoperazone and sul-bactam combine with ornidazole. Methods：115 cases of patients with gynecological infections were randomly divided into exper-iment group and control group according to the order of hospitalization,the experiment group were treated by cefoperazone and sulbactam combine with ornidazole,the control group were treated by cefoperazone and sulbactam. The clinical effects,efficacy of bacteriology,adverse reactions were analyzed. Results：The total effective rate for the experiment group（98. 25% ）were high-er than the control group（85. 96% ）（P 0. 05）. There had no serious adverse reaction for the two groups. Conclusion：It has good clinical effects for the pa-tients with gynecological infections by cefoperazone and sulbactam combine with ornidazole,it has high rate of total clearance of most pathogenic bacteria,with no serious adverse reaction.
