摘要
输煤栈桥钢支架的布置形式一般包括:单片式钢支架、格构式钢支架、四柱式钢支架。通常具体工程中的支架布置方式是:在不同的高度下,采用不同的支架形式布置。通过对整体模型进行有限元分析,重新对栈桥支架布置方式进行探讨。采用两种钢支架形式(单片式钢支架、四柱式钢支架)组合在一起的方式,形成单片\四柱单元式钢支架,增强单元内结构的抗震性能,减少因计算长度系数的影响而形成的材料浪费。
There are many layouts of coal transport trestle steel supporting structures,such as single steel sheet supporting structure,lattice steel supporting structure and four pillars steel supporting structure. Generally the bracket arrangement in the concrete engineering is in different heights and different support forms are used. Based on the finite element analysis of the whole model,this paper proposed a new method for the arrangement of the transport trestle support,which combines two kinds of steel bracket single steel sheet supporting structure and four pillars steel supporting structure together,the new method could enhance the seismic performance of the unit structure and reduce material waste for influence of effective length factor.
