声触诊组织定量技术诊断无症状高尿酸血症患者胰腺组织弹性损害的临床研究 被引量:2

摘要 近年来,高尿酸血症( hyperuricemia,HUA)的患病率高达10%,其中合并糖尿病者高达25.2%,且早期多无症状,常在健康体检中被发现[1]。声触诊组织定量( virtual touch tissue quantification,VTQ)技术是一种量化测定深层组织横向剪切波速度( shear wave velocity, SWV)的超声新技术,弥补了常规二维超声(2-dimensional ultrasound,2-DUS)的不足[2]。本研究旨在探讨VTQ技术诊断无症状HUA胰腺组织弹性损害的临床价值。
