On the Cultural Misreading of China's "One Belt and One Road" Strategy in Cross-cultural Communication

在跨文化交流中,由于地缘割裂导致文化交际活动缺失、文化背景不同导致文化理解困难、对于文化误读缺乏重视、媒体传播的局限性等原因,对"一带一路"战略的文化误读现象较为突出。因此,应从以下几方面着力解决这一问题:加强对文化误读现象的重视;对文化误读现象进行有效澄清;加强文化交流,促进文化互通;把控媒体传播内容,呈现多元文化。

A serious phenomenon in cross-cultural communication between China and the other countries is the cultural misrea- ding of China＇s One Belt and One Road strategy. Reasons for the misreading include absence of cultural communication due to geo- graphical separation, difficulty in understanding a culture of different background, insufficient attention to cultural misreading, and limitation of media. To solve the problem, we need to attach more importance to the phenomenon of cultural misreading and clarify it effectively. We also need to strengthen cultural exchange and communication, and improve the content spread on media so that the world would be presented a diverse culture.
