高效硬币自动分类装置的设计

Design of an Efficient Automatic Coins Classification Device

目前城市公交公司、金融机构等硬币流通量大,钱币分类主要依赖于人工,成本高且效率低下。设计了一款硬币自动分类装置,可对混杂在一起的人民币第5版各种硬币进行分类、整理、分离和计数。该装置利用硬币直径尺寸的不同,分3个步骤分离硬币。第1步利用滚筒分离出直径最大的1元硬币;第2步利用梯形漏斗使5角和1角硬币层叠;第3步利用有6个通孔的旋转圆盘和有12个通孔的固定圆盘分离出5角和1角的硬币。通过测试,该装置分币效果相当于5名人工的效果。该装置分币准确、实用、效率高,可推广使用。

The amount of coins in circulation is great at the city public transport company and the financial institutions. Classification of the coins mainly relies on manual operation which has disadvantages of high labor cost and low efficiency. An automatic classification device is designed which can categorize the fifth edition coins and realize the functions such as sorting,separation and counting. According to the difference in the diameter size of the coins,the coins are chosen and separated in three steps as follows： firstly,one-yuan coins with the largest diameter are separated by separation barrel,second,fifty-cent and ten-cent coins are stacked using trapezoidal funnel,finally,at last,fifty-cent and ten-cent coins are separated using a rotating disk with six holes and a fixed disk with twelve holes. The test has shown that the effect of the device is equivalent to that of five workers＇. The design is accurate,practical,highly efficient and it can be put into wide application.
