摘要
甘蔗渣是甘蔗制糖工业最大宗的副产品,具有量大、集中,价格低廉等特点,其营养成分适合作饲料。甘蔗渣的饲料化不仅可以节省饲料资源,降低养殖成本,还能解决人畜争粮的尴尬局面和减少环境污染,提高制糖工业的经济收益。本文主要从甘蔗渣的饲用价值、饲料化优缺点、预处理、以及甘蔗渣在畜牧生产中的应用现状等方面的内容进行综述,为甘蔗渣的饲料化提供理论参考。
The bagassese is the most proportion of secondary product in cane sugar industry, and it has advantages of large amount, concentration and low price. The bagassese could be used as fodder, which could save the feed resources and decrease the feeding cost as well as solve the contradiction between food and feed and reduce air pollution, thus improving the economic benefit of sugar industry. This paper reviewed the progress from many parts, including the feed forage value, the advantage and disadvantage as the feed, the pre-process and the current application of bagasse in livestock production, which would provide the theory reference about the bagasse for feed.
