蒲公英等五种中草药不同组合体外大肠杆菌抑菌效果比较

The Effect of Traditional Chinese E.coli Medicine in Vitro Bacteriostasis

试验选取了蒲公英、白头翁、金银花、黄连、黄芩5种常见中草药的不同组合进行了体外抑菌实验并测定各组对大肠杆菌的抑菌效果。结果表明,黄芩和黄连、黄芩和蒲公英、黄芩和金银花、蒲公英和金银花、金银花和白头翁、白头翁和蒲公英等组合对大肠杆菌均有一定的抑制作用。黄芩和黄连、黄芩和蒲公英、黄芩和金银花、蒲公英和金银花及金银花和白头翁对大肠杆菌的抑菌直径分别为9、8、75、2、2 mm。试验结果表明,5种中草药的不同组合对大肠杆菌均有一定的抑制效果,黄芩和蒲公英组合对大肠杆菌有较强的抑菌效果。

This trial selected different combinations of five common herbs, dandelion, Pulsatilla, honeysuckle, berberine and skullcap, conducted in vitro antibacterial test operation of each group and measured inhibitory effect on E. coll. The results showed that skullcap and berberine, skullcap and dandelion, skullcap and honeysuckle, dandelion and honeysuckle, honeysuckle and Pulsatilla, Pulsatilla and dandelion, and other combinations had a certain inhibito- ry effect on E. coil. Skullcap and berberine, skullcap and dandelion, skullcap and honeysuckle, dandelion and honeysuckle, honeysuckle and Pulsatilla, their antibaeterial diameters were 9, 8, 75, 2, 2 ram. Different combinations of five traditional Chinese herbs had a certain inhibitory effect on E. coli, skullcap and dandelions combination had strong antibacterial effect on E. coil. The results showed that Chinese herbal medicine was a viable antibacterial drugs.
