Developing Actively the Organic Product Certification to Promote the Health Development of the Trade with Russia

黑龙江省位于我国东北边陲,毗邻俄罗斯远东地区,特殊的地理位置使得黑龙江省的有机农产品出口在对俄贸易中起到越来越重要的促进作用。文章介绍了黑龙江省开展有机产品认证的现状,分析了黑龙江省对俄出口的优势,并从4个方面介绍了如何推进有机产品认证,从而促进对俄贸易的健康发展,更好的为黑龙江省经济发展服务。

Heilongjiang Province is located in the northeast border, and adjacent to the Russian far east region. Special geographical location makes organic agricultural products export to Russia played a more and more important role in Heilongjiang Province. This paper introduced the status of our province to carry out the organic product certifi- cation, analyzing the advantages of Heilongjiang province exports to Russia, and introduced emphatically how to pro- mote the organic product certification from four aspects, so as to promote the healthy development of the trade and ser- vice for economic development in our province.
