推进中高职衔接 培养“现代班组长”型人才——以电气自动化技术专业为例

On the Cultivation of Modern Team Leaders by Promoting the Connection between Secondary and Higher Vocational Education——with the Major of Electric Automation Technology as an Example

中高职衔接是发展职业教育和培养技术技能型人才的必然要求,也是现代职教体系的重要组成部分。通过对企业人才需求和质量要求的调研与分析表明,中高职衔接协调发展,培养"现代班组长"型人才更彰显其特色与优势。通过中职、高职和企业深度合作,构建融合素质与技能的中高职衔接一体化的课程体系与质量评价体系。

The connection between secondary and higher vocational education is a natural requirement for the development of vocational education and the training of technology-oriented talents, and an integral part of modem system of vocational education. An investigation and subsequent analysis in the paper suggest that a coordinated development through the connection between the 2 levels of vocational education will be able to show unique advantages in the training of modem team leaders for enterprises. But such an aim has to be achieved by establish course programs and quality assessment systems incorporating both secondary and higher vocational education based on the between secondary and higher vocational integration of quality and technical education through a cooperation education and enterprises.
