摘要
从"反思性"实践者即教师的专业形象出发,通过实物分析、案例教学法、行动研究、叙事研究、听-说-评课五个纬维度提出教学的主要方法,目的是建构一种理论与实践相结合的教学策略,从而不断提高教师自身的专业化水平,更好地促进教育与教学的长足发展。
The paper proposed major teaching methods in dimensions such as physical evidence analysis,case study,action research,narrative study and visiting-explaining-assessing class from the perspective of professional image of teachers,i. e. "reflective " practitioners,aiming to construct a teaching strategy integrating theories and practice to improve teachers ' professional level and stimulate the development of both education and teaching.
